What we collect, and what we don’t.
Short version: we collect what you type into a form, and nothing else. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party scripts on any page of this site.

Who is responsible
PAKTI operates this website and is responsible for the personal data described below. For any privacy question — including a request to delete your data — email us and we will answer within one business day.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through a form on this site:
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
- Free security checkup: your name, email address, the website address you want checked, and an optional note.
- Project brief: the answers you fill in, which you control entirely — every field is optional.
- A hidden field recording which language version of the page you submitted from, so we reply in the right language.
How your message reaches us
The forms post to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form relay, which forwards the submission to our email inbox. That means FormSubmit processes your message in transit — their privacy policy governs that step. We chose a relay rather than a database so your details are never stored in an application we run.
Your data is used for one thing: replying to you. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, add you to a mailing list, or pass it to anyone beyond the relay described above.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session tracking and no fingerprinting.
The site also makes no third-party requests at all. Fonts are self-hosted, there is no CDN, no embedded map, no social widget — so no other company learns that you visited, which is not something most sites can say.
The one thing stored in your browser is a single value remembering that you closed the "available in your language" bar, so it does not reappear. It lives only in your browser, is never transmitted, and clearing your site data removes it.
Server logs
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs — including IP addresses — for a limited period as part of operating and protecting the service. We do not use those logs to profile visitors.
The security checkup
When you request a free checkup, we examine only information your website already shows any visitor — the same responses a browser or search engine receives. We never probe, exploit, brute-force or disrupt anything, and we never test beyond public responses without your written permission. The report goes to you alone.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our email inbox for as long as the conversation is useful — typically no more than two years for enquiries that do not become projects. Ask us to delete yours and we will, and confirm when it is done.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, the UK or another jurisdiction with equivalent law, you can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. One email is enough — we do not require a form or an account. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes to this page
If what we collect changes, this page changes with it and the date above moves. There is no version of this site where a tracker appears quietly.
